Do You Charge For Appointments?
We do not charge for regular appointments. Out of hours appointments do require a deposit. Any deposits taken will be fully refunded against any purchases. A no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment will mean the deposit is non-refundable.
Do I Need An Appointment?
Yes. To visit us, kindly make an appointment as we operate on an appointment-only, every day of the week. We also provide last-minute appointments, so feel free to call us if you're in a hurry!
How Long Does An Appointment Last?
Appointments are generally 1hr 30mins, in this time you'll be able to try on a selection of dresses.
How Many Dresses Can I Try?
There is no limit on the amount of dresses you can try on, however within your appointment time we usually advise 6-8 dresses.
Can You Keep My Dress For Me?
Your dress will be safe with us until you are ready to collect for your big day. This is subject to available storage space.
Do I Need To Bring Shoes With Me?
Shoes aren't necessary for your first appointment but if you do have your wedding shoes already, please feel free to bring them with you.
How Many People Can I Bring With Me?
We usually advise bringing up to four guests with you to your appointment. If, however you want more guests, then give us a call and we'll see what we can accommodate.
Tips For A Limited Budget?
We have a range of prices in store, so we'll definitely be able to help. With there being a selection of off-the-peg dresses and ordered gowns, there will be something to suit your price point.
What Do I Do If My Dress Needs Alterations?
We work with very skilled seamstresses in our boutique and they can discuss pricing options with you. Please be aware that our seamstresses are in charge of their pricing, service and admin.
