Our bridal appointments are a little under two hours long. Our expert bridal stylists will guide you through our collection, giving you one-to-one attention and helping you find your dream dress. We cannot wait to meet you and be a part of your love journey - The Senti Team xxxx
Cancellation Policy
Booking policy:
1. Please enter a valid Email and Phone number, the system will auto cancel otherwise.
2. If your appointment time is not available, please call us, as we may be able to assist.
3. If you need to cancel please give us 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel at shorter notice please give us a call.
4. No shows may lead to a refusal of rescheduling.
5. When booking with SENTI Bridal, you may receive appointment-specific communication from us. This includes confirmations, receipts and reminders via email and SMS.
6. If booking an out of hours appointment, the appointment fee will be deducted off the dress price when you purchase.
7. Out of hours appointment fee is non-refundable.
