Service Description
Not long now! Book in to collect your dress. If you are getting married abroad and would like us to pack your dress, drop your case off in advance we'll pack it up for you.
Cancellation Policy
Booking policy:
1. Please enter a valid Email and Phone number, the system will auto cancel otherwise.
2. If your appointment time is not available, please call us, as we may be able to assist.
3. If you need to cancel please give us 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel at shorter notice please give us a call.
4. No shows may lead to a refusal of rescheduling.
5. When booking with SENTI Bridal, you may receive appointment-specific communication from us. This includes confirmations, receipts and reminders via email and SMS.
6. If booking an out of hours appointment, the appointment fee will be deducted off the dress price when you purchase.
7. Out of hours appointment fee is non-refundable.
